Default My New Spoiler - 2003 ES

This spoiler was bought from www.spoilerdepot.com. I had it installed by my Lexus dealer since they know the car better than any old body shop. I didn't want to take any chances. They did a beautiful job and I love it. I saw steviej's picture of his spoiler, so I guess I'm a copy cat. hehehe

I agree that it's sort of a copy from Steve's, but nonetheless it's just about the perfect style that fits any '02-'03 ES. Good job!

Of course, I most definately like it. I am sure I am not the first to install that spoiler nor did I originate that design, so please don't think you are copying me. However, immatation is the highest form of flatery. I will take duplication as a compliment.

It is nice to know someone with similar tastes.

Now, lets talk about your wheels and tires?!

At the moment I don't expect to do any modifications to the wheels or tires. The reason: I have driven another 2003 ES that had these modifications and I found that the tires were noisy and the car didn't seem to have the quiet, serene ride that I like. I was in California last month and I rented a 2003 Nissan Maxima SE which could run circles around the ES, but as I said, that's not what I was looking for when I bought this new ES. I don't know the brand of tires that was on the ES I drove. They were low profile tires though. I'm just going to enjoy the car the way it is for awhile.

Here's a picture of my 1994 ES that I traded in. I was sorry that I didn't know about this club previously since whoever bought this car was going to get a winner!! I was the original owner and the car had only 53,000 miles on it.

For the most part I don't like spoilers on cars, but there are a few exceptions, that being one of them. Looks good.
