Question 1993 ES300 3.0 3VZ Camshaft timing question

So I am putting things back together and manual states that the RH hand gears should line up on the double dots. This is 180° off from how I took it apart. So do I assembly that way and then turn the camshafts to line up correctly to the timing marks on the pulley? I just don't want to bend valves. I found a video online that says two line the double dots up but it doesn't really say how I should turn it after.

Any help would be apprecaited!

You can't bend the valves the 3VZ is a non-interference engine. Did you mark the cam gears before you took the engine apart? Also did you install a service bolt in the exhaust camshafts before removal?

I would follow the factory service manual not necessarily some guy on Youtube.
