I am in need of wiring diagrams for a 1997 es300 and a 2000 es300. Mainly need ECU pinouts of both. Anything with wire colors would be great. Tried TIS couldnt create an account. Swapped engine and harness from a 97 to a 00.

You'll either need to sort out getting an account with TIS or buy hard copies on Ebay.

I think I might have wiring diagrams for a 97 in PDF format. I have a electrical service manual for a 2000 somewhere, it's a hard copy though so I don't have a PDF or images to send to you. Their not that expensive on eBay.

I'm interested on how this turns out, I want to swap in a 97/98 drive train into my 2000 or a 2000/2001 v6 Camry drive train. No doubt it can be done, problem is finding the time.

Are you trying to re-pin the engine harness to work with the 2000 ECU?

Actually just changed harnesses. Needed to use 97 ecu. Now working on wiring to windows, sunroof, etc
