How do you mean, "reset"? If you mean clear codes and reset learned shift points, just take the ground off the battery for ten minutes.

you can also take out the fuses related to the ECU, my 99 has 3 that i remove and let it sit for 30min or so.

Remove the EFI fuse for 10-20 seconds.
