Default Remove driver's side front seat

Just joined club. Have 2001 es300 with heated front seats. Was wondering how hard it is to remove driver's side and re-cover bottom half.

If you are thinking about replacing the heating element, it is not worth it...

Upholstery work is quite difficult especially when you have to disassemble the seat to do the work. I've done it not the most fun job in the world but doable.

Speedkar9:

Are the driver back seat interchangeable with front passenger back seat? i have leather tear at the driver backseat. i noticed from your video the driver back seat can be removed fairly easily. mine is a coach edition perforated leather.

thx
