no power cylinder 1 and 4 after replacing timing belt
recently replaced a water pump, on a 2003 lexus es300. im convinced i set the marks right on the timing belt. but the car now runs rough. cylinders 1 and 4 seem like the coils are bad. i swiched coils around and realised the coils are all good. i hope its not the ecm. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Throwing any codes?
Line up the crankshaft 0 BTDC mark, then check if the camshaft pulleys are lined up with their marks on the rear (metal) timing cover. Then, turn the crankshaft pulley over two revolutions and see if the camshaft pulley marks still line up.
