What wheels are best for 98es300

hi,

brand new to the board and loving my lexus. Recently got into an accident and totaled my 2000 Camry, then I purchased a 1998 ES 300.

Roght now ive got some 15" wheels with 5x4.5 bolt pattern. My wheels came with the car and they are pretty damaged so I'm looking for new ones plus I need new tires.

Im looking topotentially get some 17" wheels as I'd like them to be bigger. Nothing too fancy just clean and new. Is there a guide or limit to what size (diameter, bolt pattern, tire size) I can put on my car?

Ill most likely buy some and put them on myself but I wanna know about what my options are before I buy.
also if anyone has tips on how to restore these wheels I'd appreciate it

Hello, the bolt pattern for this car is 5x114.3, anything that is 8" wide wheel with a conservative offset will be just fine. Take a look at this thread of ideas - https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es-...ls-thread.html

I don't know where you are located, but I am sure it would probably be cheaper to just find a set someone is selling, cheaper than spending the time to repair the wheel.
