on a 2000 ES300 the actuator motor, MABUCHI FC280PC-22125, comes with 8 different shafts. Any idea which one for me?

Go to the ES300 forum and find out.

Don't waste your time to take the actuator apart!!! I took mind apart and the sonic welding won't break the case along the half edges! I ended up wasting all day to make a work around and super gluing the pieces together. Go to Amaxxx or other on-line east bay and get the actuator save your precious time for your kids or other more important things. Oh, don't get that actuator with all the cables and rods, just the actuator only; cheaper.
