Hot air from passenger side

Hot air from passenger side
I have a RX350. Only hot air comes from passenger side. This is whatever setting the heat or ac is at.
I read many thread. I will recharge the gas first and see.
If no result, I will change the servo motor.
Local dealer said it's the servo motor and estimated the work at $2300. Ouch!
I will attempt it on my own.
Anyone with a better idea?

Recharging the A/C will have no effect on the hot air coming from the passenger side (assuming you have functioning HVAC on the driver's side). I'm betting on a flap door servo. Yeah, all that cost is due to probably needing most of the dash to come out...on a lot of cars, the whole interior is built around the HVAC stack/piping.
