Capacity: 9.2 liters (9.7 US qts, 8.1 lmp. qts)

Unless you did a complete engine tear down you'll never get all the coolant out, if you for example replaced a radiator usually 1 jug (3.78 liters) of Toyota Long Life (RED) coolant is enough, which gets diluted with distilled/demineralized water. Why do you want to use a radiator flush product? If you do then you will need to flush the entire system many times with demineralized water, then use a hydrometer to make sure you have the correct coolant/water mix.

Never use tap water.

Ok thanks, I have green Coolant in my system and when I drain it was brown...I see there is a 50/50 mix of the Toyota coolant(red)...Do I still mix with water?

Sincerely

Toyota pre-mixed Super Long Life coolant is pink, I don't recommend you use it for your car. Toyota Long Life is red, requires being diluted. If you pull all three drain plugs you'll get most of the coolant out, I will warn you the drain on the back of the block is hard to get to and has a tendency to strip out.

Zerex Asian Formula is an okay replacement for Toyota Red.

As for flushing read this again
Why do you want to use a radiator flush product? If you do then you will need to flush the entire system many times with demineralized water, then use a hydrometer to make sure you have the correct coolant/water mix.
If you use a pre-mix then the remaining water in the system will dilute the coolant too much.

Yep. Just keep in mind the more of the old coolant you get out the better, a good practice is fill the system drive for a week or so then drain the rad and fill again. This product makes the job much easier

+1000! Definitely one of the best tool investments I ever made. Turns a difficult messy job into a snap.

Without pictures of the inside of the rad hard to say but it sounds like your cooling system has been neglected, the radiator may be beyond saving. There could be other components such as the heater core that are clogged up.

There are too many things I don't know to give an accurate diagnosis. I don't know how badly the engine was over heated and how many times, I don't know the maintenance history, don't know if the radiator is clogged along with other parts of the cooling system.

Could simply be a matter of putting in coolant and bleeding the air out, all is fine, or the head gasket(s) could be blown. Or a bunch of other things.

Is the radiator cracked?
