No memory seat cable found - Were there any 2003 ES without Memory seat?
Hello,
After about a month of ownership of my wonderful 2003 ES300 and a few fixes, I came to check why the memory seat was never working. I came to my mechanic who checked the fuses and as they were all working we opened the door panel to check what was going on. To our surprise we found nothing connected to the memory seat buttons. Could this be that the cable was cut? maybe they used another car's wiring like the toyota camry(if it fits) in a fix? Or were there simply ES models that came with the buttons but those never worked?
Thank you everyone for your time!

If there's buttons it should be connected and work. Was there any evidence that the wiring harness was cut inside the door?
Do the passenger side memory seat buttons work?

Lexus only puts in the seat memory buttons *IF* the car is optioned...
My mom has a CT that didn't come with the tech pkg. so it doesn't have it, where some do.
I really wasn't a fan of them putting these bezels on the doors, they should've kept it like the old 3ES, where it was part of the seat trim.
PS. Possibly the prev. owner swapped door panels? I know the vinyl is fairly soft in various lexus vehicles... I've personally cut some by accident.

The buttons are there but when I opened the panel there is no evidence of the cable being cut. Im going to double check again
