Car Chimes When I Drive It

Hi I have a 98 Lexus ES 300 I just bought it ,When I first get in the car chimes I guess to ensure I buckle up ,But after driving for a while every so often I hear the car chiming again .Also where can I get an Owners manual for a Lexus ES300 ? I was told that this car has a camera in the rear view mirror and that is what chimes , Did they come with camera in 1998?
