Where is the Thermostat located for a 2003 ES300? I see videos online saying it is behind the serpentine belt passenger side and others saying it is on the driver side of the engine.
if you're in the USA, it's drivers side.
There is a coolant hose (metal), running along the side of the engine, above the gearbox, it goes to a fixed housing with two or three (can't remember) bolts. the thermostat is in there.
