Hi, one of my low beam failed. My mechanic was asking for at least 70 for a bulb replacement. I searched online and found some tutorials. The cover is not rubber that you can pull straight out, it is a plastic cover. I tried to pull it out, and tried to turn it, none of them works. I am just wondering how do I get this thing off? Thanks.

Mine turns counter clockwise a bit past quarter turn. If they have not been removed since new, it could be pretty stiff to turn, but it will.
