1993 lexus es300 check engine light

my 1993 lexus es300 only cranks wont start. put new battery in still wont start. jumped terminals Te1 and e1 in diagnosis box check engine light blinks continually helllpppp!!!

Need more info does the engine crank over and sound normal? Possible causes are no spark, no fuel (bad fuel pump, damaged air flow meter), broken timing belt.
