I take care of my friend's 03 ES300. Since I personally drive it only a few miles 2x per year, it is hard for me to distinguish between a normal Lexus soft ride and worn struts. The car has 140k miles. It seems stable, quickly recovers from a dip and no abnormal tire wear. Normally I would say original struts must be shot at 140k miles, but these seem ok. What is your experience? Have many of you driven more than 140k miles on original struts? Thanks.

I'm at about 132k with original struts. Are they adjustable ride or standard?(Adaptive Variable Suspension)

My front struts are original on my ES at 242k miles. I replaced them briefly with Monroe Quick Struts, but sadly my OE struts with over 200k miles were better, so I threw them back on.
