97 ES300 issues after cooling system flush

My car had a funny sound after I did a flush and fill it back up with water to test and make sure it was not doing the same thing I did not use coolant but when I press on the gas I hear a water noise as if the water is in the dashboard someone checked my head gaskets I believe when they pulled the spark plugs out there was no water there so they say it might be some in the intake gasket because my car is not starting anymore after hearing the water flowing from the inside of the car any clue? The video is what the car was doing before I did the flush and it was not doing that after I did the flush butt that's when I started to hear the water noise I believe the flush clean all the guuk out and that's what made this water noise but I'm not sure where it's coming from

Did you run the heater to get the air out of the heater core?

+1, heater core. You need to run the car until it reached operating temps with the heat at full blast
