I found an earlier post about this but nothing quite got posted about resolving the issue

"I have a 06 ES330 and currently I am experiencing some problems with both of my side mirror during reverse.

Usually both the side mirrors tilts pretty far down but now it seems to get stuck just moving down about an inch. The workaround I have figured was manually tilting both the side mirrors to the maximum level and bring it back to the default position and when I place my gear to reverse then, it works fine."

basically i'm having the same problem as this but only the passenger side which will adjust down when in reverse but just get stuck there.

If anyone's had this problem and knows how to fix it i'd appreciate the help!
