'95 ES 300 front axle noises

Price difference. I might have to replace my axle and will go with Napa maxdrive new. Napa reman is ok though with price diff around 40.
I had to fix the leaky inboard situation on honda with no click noise yet. Went with oem inboard boot kit which came with grease tube. It was worth it and at the time I did not have diy tools. I took it in and they did it in 30 mins while I waited. Charged $80. If I had to do it now, would do myself having lots of tools.
For front no hub replacement unless something was wrong with hub, just bearing. I was just letting you know how the brand parts work. There is no Koyo hub for example, you would need Timken. This info might come handy if you ever had to do your rears.
Stuts I have replaced my absorber with KYB Excel-G and reused the oem mount, insulator, etc. That is true of all my cars, no Monroe quickstruts for me at least. The only Monroe one I would even consider is load-assisted rear shock absorber that would be good for my van since KYB does not make one like that.

Centric premium rotors (if rotors needed) + Akebono ProACT pads (Akebono brand is OEM). Usually online cheaper. Other Toyota enthusiasts like Brembo rotors, Advics pads as well.
Additional Info. Have used Brembo rotors before once, got at good price. Centric on amazon or ebay so far. Akebono pads on all our vehicles, only brand used over 10 yrs. Just tried Hawk on my honda, worst ever (not recommended for Toyota/Honda). In general, Stoptec products are good (they make Centric). If you find sales any premium brand premium ceramics are good (Napa AdaptOne, Wagner ThermoQuiet, Stoptec posiquiet). Goes without say, OEM is always best, esp if on sale and price is equivalent to some aftermarket one.
If you DIY, don't forget to have some Napa Syl-Glide silicone lube handy for the slide pins. Superlube is also equivalent.

Thank you so much for the recommendations! Looking at the axles, I do not see any tearing in the boots. Could they still be bad? Could the noises be something else? I was considering pulling them and bringing them to NAPA to see what they say. I may have to wait until another weekend, but we were about to be taking a road trip.
I believe this is the control arm and may be worn.

If you keep spinning the wheel in one direction does the noise only occur once or is there a pattern - example- clunks three times with three clockwise revolutions of the wheel? Both clockwise and counter clockwise direction?

Sorry for the delay. It happens when I move it back and forth like in the video. Not sure if anyone could access it. I will have to try to move it a full rotation to see if there is a pattern. Thank you for your help!
I have still not been able to find tears in the axle boots. I did go out of state with my wife and the vibration on the front end is consistent. I stopped one time finding my tire had an egg in the sidewall. I ended up getting a set of used tires mounted and balanced. The vibration seems to be gone though I still hear the noise in the suspension. I know I need struts all around and plan on doing that as soon as possible. What else should I change at the same time? I am not sure the axles need to be changed right now. I may go to Lexus and see if they can give me a laundry list to work through myself.

According to Firestone, my issue is my rack and pinion. They say my struts, cv joints and bearings are fine. They said I need rear brake pads and rotors. I will likely just change the rear brake pads and save the rotors for next time. They did recommend I change my brake fluid. They are also recommending some tuneup items. I will post the full list that they gave to get your recommendations. I plan to do the work myself. It is just a matter of what priority. Their list including parts and labor was over $2700.
