Default '02 ES300 Cosmetic Problems

Does anyone here know how to fix the following (photos attached):

1. Faded wood trim on steering wheel
2. Small gouge on driver's side door panel
3. Partially detached/bent chrome weather seal trim (whatever this is called) on passenger side door

I'm prioritizing #3 because there's a squarish hole just underneath the pillar end of the trim (see photo) where rainwater can intrude into the door cavity and might start a rust somewhere inside it. I have no idea how this thing attaches to the door but I'm positive the rectangular hole has something to do with it. Any ideas as to how to remove this chrome strip?
