Default Where to find torque specifications?

I have a 97 ES300.. Going to be doing tie rod and lower ball joint replacement. What are the specifications for the nuts involved with this job? I havent found a reliable source yet...

Awesome! Thank you very much. I assume the first number is in ft-lbs?
edit: nvm key at the bottom right. so ft-lbs is the third number.
