Default 95 Es300 Codes P0500 P0720 P1705

Hey guys, so I have a 95 es300 with about 179k and a few weeks ago the car starts to shift very weirdly especially going from 1st to 2nd gear. Once the check engine light came up along with the OD light flashing, I pulled the codes P0720 (Output Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction) and P0500 (Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction). I figured that since these speed sensors have never been changed before and that they could've gone bad so I went ahead and changed both those sensors by myself, it was a really easy install and then went ahead and reset the codes. Then a few days later the check engine light came on again. When I checked the codes a few days later, both P0720 and P0500 came up along with another code, P1705 (Manufacturer Control Transmission). The transmission is still shifting very weirdly, in fact its even worse than before at this point. There's hardly any power from time to time and sometimes it wouldn't even go into reverse. Also occasionally the RPM's spike (like the car is going out of gear). At this point I took it to a mechanic and all they can tell me is that I have to change my transmission. I have changed the transmission fluid a couple of times before, but now the mechanic tells me I should just go ahead and change the whole transmission instead of wasting money to change the fluid itself. I was also reading a couple of posts here and some talk about changing the ecm. Can anyone give me some advice on what I should actually do? I really don't want to change the transmission only to find out the problem was in my ecm. Any tips or suggestions will help a lot, please don't hesitate. Really in need for some help

Thank you all very much in advance.

This link gives some possibilities, says the transmission itself is usually fine and it's mostly sensor and ecm related. I would definitely change the ecm before writing off the whole transmission.

Check this thread out, it may be your ecm capacitors.

At this point I went ahead and changed out my transmission. But after I changed it the code P0773 came up and then the mechanic told me I need to change soldenoid E, so I paid him to do that too. But the code is still there. Anyone have any idea what I should do. Any help would be appreciated.
