Ok so I replaced the gasket and cleaned everything to make a better surface to seal. Car runs a lot smoother now with no high idle but still a small leak of coolant from what seems like one of the IAC screws, here are a couple pics.

Ok great at least the vacuum leak should be fixed.

There shouldn't be any coolant in that screw hole.

From the looks of it, it looks like it's from the hose to me. your clamp should be a little further back, it shouldn't be butted up like that.

Also you can try inspecting that hose for cracks or replace the clamp with a screw type one.

Hmm so if from that hose the coolant is basically shooting up towards that screw to make it seem like it's coming from it? Cuz the hose is under the screw but I will check it out and move the clamp down a bit and check the hose it self

So I am almost 100% sure the leak is coming from the throttle body and not the hose
Not sure why.

the only coolant running through the throttle body is on the underside, there is a very small area which is 'wet'. there is very little that can go wrong, so go ahead and disassemble it, clean everything, and put it back together with a better seal (from a tube if you want).

I thought you changed the idle air control gasket?

the oem gasket part# is 22215-20010, the felpro equivalent is:

you have dual throttle bodies?

does it look like this:

try look at parts 22222 and 22221A.

So quick update
the cause of the leak was a little o ring seal that goes around that coolant hole. prolly feel out when I took it off and had no idea there was one there.
Well no more leak but now I the engine or around the engine its making a weird noise.
sounds like a rubber pump the noise and every like 3-4 seconds the fan looks like it wants to stop and once it get close to stopping it starts back up
ill try to record it and post it later but any ideas as of for now?

thanks

I couldn't even guess what that is, but it doesn't sound good. it sounded in time with compression to me. that needs real attention, .. it could be something minor .. it might not be.

So quick question, I think like 90% that I didn't connect the air hose to the iac. Would that cause anything like that?
It's late now so gonna check it in the morning

Check the hose that runs from the PCV valve to the air intake manifold. That pulsation sounds like a PCV valve.
