Typically, this information is listed in your owners manual, as it provides information on how to safely jump start your car, or you can use a volt meter to measure across the post. If you are still having trouble, your local auto parts store can help you.

Trace where the wires are going. A negative terminal typically has one wire coming off of it that is attached directly to the car's chassis. A positive terminal may have multiple wires coming off of it leading into the wire harness or a fuse box.

Ridiculous! No battery manufacturer sales an unmarked battery as to which pole is positive and which is negative. It makes no sense at all.
There HAS to be a visible mark somewhere clearly indicating the positive and negative posts.
Look again carefully and you'll find the marks. They may be stamped on top of the posts themselves, or on the battery casing. It will be in the form of a stamped "+" and "-"

First off welcome to clublexus. Battery manufactures all differ. I've also noticed they can be hidden at times. If you haven't done so already, remove one connector. The positive and negative designation are sometimes underneath the wires and are not easily seen.
