1992 Lexus es 300 5 speed passenger side half shaft/CV axle
I just did a bnch of work to my Lexus including a new clutch I for some reason can't figure out theaxle on the passenger side I dropped the two rear sub frame bolts and dropped it a out 2 inches or so an still can't get Axle to go in the Trans the proper way.uk never had any issues with the Trans or the axle . I just can't get it to line up again almost like somethings stopping it but I can't see anything. anyone got any ideas or previous experiance doing apassenger side axle with the mount on the sub frame/block? thanks

Can you take some pics? I'm assuming you have taken apart and now putting back together? Should be reverse order of how you took apart, unless it was a ***** to take apart, then it will be a ***** putting together.

it was tough tellingly apart but nothing crazy idk Ijust can't get the axle to slide in id if there OS a special way to do it like if someone did It before and explained detailed how they installed it . I also didn't remove the bearing/moun that is attached to the axle I jus removed th nuts and bolts for the mounts.and moved it .

Install the axle into the transmission with the carrier bearing/bracket rotated upwards relative to the mounting point on the block. Then rotate the bracket down, you may have to tap it with a hammer to get past the guide pin. There is just enough play in the transmission to do this.
