u150e transmission

The door plate on my 2003 ES300 says the tranny is a u150e. The only one I find on this forum is u140e. why

The U140e was known for its bad reliability, thus all the posts here about it. When the U150e came out, it was supposed to be fixed, reliable. The u140e is in the 99 to 02 I believe. So maybe you can only find the u140e because no one has complained about the u150e, which is a good thing. Just my guess.
