Radio help
Trying to put in a pioneer stereo into Lexus es300 and realized after taking everything apart that the wire harness has rca for front and back speaker. The stereo I bought does not have rca ports. I'm used to just regular speaker wires. It already has the installation kit. I just wanted to swap radios. Do I need to get a certain kind of radio for this to work? Its a 97 es300

You need to get a stereo with at least two pre outs, or rca ports. It does not matter the kind, as long as it has two rca ports. The signal is different between the speaker wires and the rca's, and the stock amp only can receive the signal from the rca's. If you ever plan on installing subwoofer, then you need 3 pre outs
