Slight Hesistation
I currently have 123k on my es300 and when I lug it out of overdrive slowly I feel a faintly brief hesitation upon doing so.. All the coil packs are original, Knock sensors as well.. Im thinking the coil packs or pack are on their way out any advice is appreciated!! No check engine light is illuminated at this time!

Have you done the obvious preventative maintenance... like clean throttle body / IAC, EGR, air filter, spark plugs, PCV, transmission fluid, tire pressures etc? Any codes?

I had a similar problem on my 97 ES300. At first, there was no CEL. After a week, CEL came on. It turns out it was a faulty EGR position sensor. $30 part and 5 mins to replace.

Throttle Body is clean as anything, IAC was cleaned at 118k, spark plugs were done at 112k, PCV hose is clean, and the transmission is a reman unit from lexus put in at 113k.. and NO codes
