Default 2000 ES300 Spark Plug Question

So I just bought a new set of spark plugs to replace my old ones. They are NGK G-Power Platinum Alloy (7092). It says specifically in the manual not to change the gap, and that I can only use Iridium spark plugs. Also, my engine was replaced with a 2003 Toyota Avalon engine. So should I take the spark plugs I bought back and get Iridium plugs, or should these be OK?

It won't do anything 'wrong' but keep in mind they're rated for less mileage. Where iridium doesn't have to be changed for 100k

Platinum you can get away with; copper - hell no!

Yeah, thats kinda what i figured, i just wanted a second opinion. I already returned the plugs in exchange for iridium plugs. Since I'm changing them myself, and considering how much of a pain in the @$$ it is to get to the plugs on the back side of the engine, Iridium is the plug of choice. lol
