LS400 seats in ES300?

Do LS400 seats (front/rear) bolt right into an ES300? If not, what are the differences? Thanks!

I don't think so..

The ES seats use separate rails as the LS and it's rail are all one piece.

wait a minute. i don't know what year LS and what year ES you are talking about, but LS seats are quite bigger than ES seats, and that ES ceter console would be unforgiving, if you tried to squeeze them in.
