Default 2003 Lexus ES300 rear speaker cloth repair

I have an 03 ES300 and both my rear speaker cloth are torn. Has anyone replaced the speaker cloths on this car? Is there an easy way to do it?

I think it would probably just be easier and cheaper to find a used set of speaker grills with decent cloth at the junkyard, rather than trying to replace only the cloth.

Is it possible to get the rear speaker cloth/grill separate from the door? I honestly thought it came as a whole, but either way, the junkyard/pick and pull is probably the best bet.

Thanks. I'll try the junk yard. How can I open the grill though?
