works great!!
Zmax with linkite was added to my oil tranny and gas. Noticed a big difference. the es runs much smoother than before. I highly suggest going to your nearest auto parts store and purchasing, or at least reading up on this stuff. Just a little useless F.Y.I. One more thing, it is also to increase gas milage.

I don't believe in those snake oils. I tried the ZMAX in my supercharged Bonneville and I thought is made a difference..... cause I wanted it to make a difference......in my mind.
NVICTIS, don't get me wrong. If you like it, by all means continue to use it. Personally, I can think of better things to spend $50.00 on. If you replace the oil and filter every 3-5k, keep a clean fuel and air filter, flush the tranny every 30K, and occasionally through in a bottle of Cheveron/Techron FI cleaner, you won't need the ZMAX. Spend the 50 on your lady friend. ;) just my useless two cents worth. steviej |
Granted, the source "appears" to be somewhat biased, but if any of the FTC documents mentioned have that level of accuracy, I'd stay away from the ZMAX.
http://syntheticoiltech.com/oil/step...tadditives.htm BTW, Amsoil is good synthetic stuff, up there with Red Line in my opinion (ran them both on and off in my 100S for 3 years). Just change the oils/all filters regularly, that's the best thing that you can do for an engine. The high-quality synthetics (M1, Amsoil, etc) supposedly have additives as part of their formula that eliminate the need for an extra "super" oil-additive. |
