92-96 es300 fog lights
Is there any way to have the fog lights on when ONLY the corner lights are on? or keep the fogs on when the hi beams are on ect

Although you can modify it as per the link above, keep in mind that those halogen bulbs are very hard to get to and replace when they burn out.
Extending the number of hours that they're on for no reason will shorten their life considerably.
I don't know if they sell LED equivalents for those bulbs, but if they do, and you still decide to go ahead, than at least get the LED bulbs. You than will be able to leave them on for as long as you want.
HIDs would be another option, but it's much more expensive and complicated to install.
Of course you don't need to change them right away. You can wait until one of them burns out.
