change high beam 2000

I was having a hard time getting to the passenger side high beam bulb on my 2000 es300.
It seems there's a fuse box in the way and I can't get it out of the way far enough. anybody have any tips?

I actually take out the whole headlight assembly; it's only 3 screws, and it makes it a whole lot easier to get to the bulbs.
