Default Suspension choices, need some help

I have a 1996 ES 300 for which I am considering various suspension upgrades. Right now I have a set of KYB struts to replaces my OEM units and a set of Moog OEM front springs and Moog Cargo Coils for the rear which I am now sure I will use. I like a car that handles well with a firm suspension. Overall I am happy with the ride and believe the new KYB units will improve the ride and handling but a little firmer ride would be ideal. This car is a daily driver which I also use to tow a 15' boat. I don't see myself upgrading the rear sway bar but will probably replace the bushings with polyurethane ones.

The choices for springs I've narrowed are H&R OE Sport springs which lower the car only 1" or less, or the set of Moog OEM replacement springs/Moog cargo coils in the rear (which seem to be the only offering in a moog stock rear spring replacement) that I already have on hand. As of now, with stock suspension the car sits about an inch lower in the rear. I've considered re-using the existing stock OEM front springs with the Moog Cargo Coil springs in the rear in hopes that the new rear springs level the vehicle's stance. I am pretty sure the H&R OE sports will give me the desired outcome, but at a cost of an additional $250.

Has anyone used the Moog Cargo Coils? Will the H&R OE Sport upgrade be worth the extra cost? Thanks in advance for any help.
