Multiple Engine Codes All At once! Help!
 

2001 ES 300, 104k miles. It's been an incredible car! Wouldn't start. Towed to private shop nearby, not Lexus dealer. They said Alt was OK, but bad battery shorted out causing alternator fuse to be blown. Replaced battery. Now, MIL on and following codes appear: P0300, P0301, P0303, P0304, P0305, P1300, P1310 and last, but not least C1201. Also, traction control and ABS lit and radio has no power!
Apparently, the shop screwed something up. Does anyone have any ideas of what they did? I suspect something is disconnected as there were no codes before and car ran fine. Not sure whether to take back or acknowledge lesson learned and have towed to dealer.

Start with the easy stuff. Check ALL of your fuses under the hood and inside the car
