1999 Es300 spueals/squeaking noise from driver side

1999 Es300 spueals/squeaking noise from driver side
I have a Lexus es300 1999 coach edition
When driving over 15 miles per hour the car make a squeal/squeaking noise that can only be herd if the driver side window is down.
To me it sound like its coming from the tires and you can only here it on the drivers side when you are driving.
I only her it when my window is down and when I'm going 15-40 mph, other than that I cannot here it.
I believe it has something to do with some part of the tires.
I thought it was my struts but I got new complete struts put in yesterday 8/29/13 both the front and back struts ... any help??? I don't know too much about cars?!

It could be your wheel bearings. Mine did that and I swore it was my tire. Jacked up the car and noticed the tire had about an inch n half of play, took the tire off, wheel bearings were terrible. The sound will get louder and louder as time goes by. Try to get checked asap, it can be dangerous.
