hey everybody quick question. how do i replace the lights on a 2003 es300 climate control panel?does the panel pop out or should a dealer do this ?

Very easy install, and cheap part.

1. Remove shift ****
2. Pop off the frame surrounding the wood trim piece around center/shifter console
3. Will now have access to a few easy bolts to remove and pull the center console out.
4. From there you can remove it's faceplate, etc.
