Default HELP, Spark plug replacement on a 2002 ES300

How difficult is it to replace the spark plugs on a 2002 V-6 ES300? Does the intake have to come off? Any advice or comments are appreciated.

Thanks

Cliff

Do a search before posting. Here's a thread on spark plug replacement for the 4ES:

The front plugs are quite easy. The rear plugs require that you take off the intake plenum. Make sure you replace the plenum gasket, and tackle the PCV valve while your back there.

Its the same process as the Camry V6:

Man these forums are so thorough and inspirational... I'm really not looking forward to taking off my intake manifold but after reading this thread it seems like it's just time and tools and it should be ok.

My car is nowhere near the mileage 2000 es300 (25k) but it's been sitting for 3 to 4 years and I see some smoke on the rear 3 cylinders and front 3 valve cover bolts were also loose... I gotta go in now and double check rear 3.

WOW, I have a 1968 GTO and all I need to do is pull the wires, gap the new plugs, replace them, replace the wires, close the hood, and I'm good to go!!!!s
