Default Need help on my 1993 ES300

Problems
1- Heater goes cold when car is stopped (Stop sign, red light) AND smell of gas or exhaust comes though heater vents when stopped.
2- Fluid and smoke comes out exhaust. Can't tell if smoke is from cold air or actual white smoke. Live in Colorado, temperature is from 10-40 degrees when I start my car through out week.
3- Antifreeze levels keep getting lower, thinking it's a leak but can't find anything.
4- In the morning, car makes that, rrr... rrr... rrr... rrr... noise for about 7 seconds then barely starts up. Radio lights flash on and off like car is dying. Takes 15 min to warm up, when driving and I come to a stop (Stop sign, red light) headlights dim almost turning off (VERY embarrassing). Then I hit the gas and everything is restored to maximum power.
5- Sometimes I sneeze when I look at the sun.

Recently replaced or done in the last 2 months
Antifreeze flush and put in brand new antifreeze.
Thermostat
New caps for radiator and the one next to the engine.
Water Pump
Timing Belt
Head Gaskets
Valve Cover Gaskets

Misc.
Temp is from 10-40 degrees Fahrenheit
Car has 196870 miles
Drive car about 10-15 miles to school and other places about 5 times a week.

Hope you guys can help! Thanks for any feedback!

That's a lot of problems. I would say you may have the following issues:
  • Bad battery and/or charging system
  • Exhaust leak
  • Dirty IACV
  • Failing headgasket(s)
  • Air in cooling system
  • failing O2 sensors
  • photic sneeze reflex

Thanks man, after I cleaned the dirty IACV, it stopped almost dying, I appreciate the help. You wouldn't know how to take an oil pan off an 93 ES300 would you?
