Default Suspension SAGGING ??

When lowering your car, what does the term SAGGING mean?? Ive heard of people say that they have sagging after using lowering springs, or Ive seen a company guarantee NO SAGGING!?! What are they referring to. I bought some lowering sprigns with a 1.8 drop? The company guaranteed NO SAGGING, but if they do for some reason, does that mean the car will sag lower or what?? Just curious.....
