Shifting problem plz HELP

Default Shifting problem plz HELP

Hey guys, i drive a 2000 Lexus es 300. Last night when i was driving on freeway, i realized that my car wasn't shifting after the second or the third gear. I was speeding up to 65 mph and i could hear my engine roaring and was not shifting. Can somebody please give me an idea whats going on or what i should do. Thank YOu

O/D is on. Its always on when i drive.

Just double check that you didn't put the shifter into a lower gear (limiter). Other than that, it could be a linkage problem that either disengages overdrive and/or doesn't put the shifter into D.
