I was doing some reading and I just found out stock headers are actually pretty good, just pull off the shields and paint them up. Then wrap them.
Any one know about how good stock headers are? I already know that y pipe is garbage.

uhm no, just get the OBX header + y-pipe kit since you have the 1MZ-FE.

Lol I'd know that you'd know, well if it's in my budget I'll squeeze it in if not I'll stick to a custom Y-pipe.

why because race cars... hahaha i have so many buddies who do that..
than again i have a friend who spent about 6 grand on just the exhaust sytem.. with his e92 m3 then
but he was one of many to get sponsored (he got sponsored by like gintani and yada yada)

my mom's es300 i spent like 1200 just on the suspension parts, and now i wish i went with oem :/

That M3 is off the map.
Why do you say you wish you went with oem? What did you spend 1,200 dollars on, what parts exactly? That's a lot even for the es300.

haha you should try driving! its a blast.. not to mention it sounds like an f1 car

i changed all my struts to KYB

i went with OEM everything for it though besides the struts/LCA's lexus rubber and mounts everywhere)

kyb is too stiff.. the es300 is for my mom.. still hasn't settled yet

From what I've read they'll soften up over time, it would most likely be stiff even if they were OEM, remember you were used to the old ones so new ones might feel too stiff.

So my HVAC blower went bad randomly and I had to replace it, all the stuff i took out. I know now you can leave the glove box in if you want. Look at what fell down my face while I was on my back upside down on the seat. I almost died when it did lol. The belt that was on my car up until not that long ago, what's up with that lol. Don't flame me, it was the one that came on the car. Now I have my A/C

It is actually easy, I feel very sorry for those that have to rip out the whole dash just to replace a vacuum valve or a blower motor.

So here's what I had to do when I wrecked my girl into the curb. Some guy in his mini van pulled out and stopped blocking half of each lane closest to the turning lane. He pulled out in front of me right as I came into the turning lane I used my signal and all. He pulled out from a exit from the Asian eating joint just before that turn maybe 15 feet up from the turn so I was in oncoming traffic had to go somewhere. I was doing about thirty and slowing down coming into the turning lane and there was a car immediately to my right all I could do to not hit him and his van full of kids was to swerve to the left I tried to slow down first to not hit the cars coming up quickly and people tear down this 45 at 60 most of the time, they couldn't stop I did my best to cram it at a near 90 doing 25 I skidded a bit then tried to make the turn I just didn't have enough grip to go around I steered into it and floored knowing that could help me get going forward and it almost did, before I get flamed it was all over steer, notice there are only two skid marks and those are the back tires you can see right at the end where I punched it and it almost hooked up. Long story short I bent the ball joint. It looked like I had +10 degrees of camber. I limped her home tore it down, built it back up in about 2 hours and went to see my gf at the time for some quality time. She made my horrible day better , I cried when I curbed her. What was sad that last 2 seconds before I hit I cringed because I knew it was too far gone held my foot down to no avail but she's better now and I'm glad no one got hurt especially that dumb *** in his van with 3-4 kids.
