Default need help!

95 es300 has a no start. its getting fuel and spark. timing belt is in tact brand new spark plugs. I want to check the crank sensor but I don't know where its located. Can someone help me out.

If you are SURE it is getting spark and fuel then you have just about all the magical ingredients to make it run. Only timing and compression left. But how do you know there is fuel? Have you tried spraying starter fluid into the intake snout and given it a good crank?

...and "brand new sparkplugs"? Has it ever run since the new plugs were installed?
