there is a wire harness for that you do not need to pay the 200 hard earned bucks I did that in 93 es300 that I owned before...go to ebay and just type something related to what you want and it will pop up..should be around from 13 to 30 dollars...if I find a pic I will post it for you.

here's the direct link...one more thing that I just remembered...if you stock stereo has one outlet in the back this kit will work if it has two Im afraid that you will have to rewire it...but if this is the case is not to hard to do it...in all cases wait for more help from the members of this forums.

I have the wiring harness, problem was the car was sitting for a while i guess some mice got behind the dash and started shreding all the wires and insulation. so i would have to get the whole car rewired. thank you very much for helping tho sparks!

no problem..to do the re-wire is not to hard you can do it yourself....just run the cables directly from the stereo that you are installing...you do not need to rewire the amp since this is a after market believe me you do not want to mess with the amp, just do everything new...the best is to try to find different wires for current,ground..etc..etc.. if you try to use the same ones as your stock stereo you can mess up the amp and when you mess with those wires wierd things happen in the functioning of the car... in this case you do not need the harness do it directly...wire to wire...after you do the rewire is very simple to install a pair of 10's or 12's
inches with an after market amp and if you get a 4 channel amp you can use 2 channels to give some amp to the door speakers or you can can get a 4 channel amp dedicated completly to the door speakers...you have a lot of options and is not really expensive to have your music back to life.

if you plan on seriously upgrading the system i would suggest getting a 4 channel amp for your door speakers, you wire the tweeters (small speakers on the corners of the dash) into the 2 front speakers, and if you plan on getting a new sub, get a 2 channel mono block amp to power the subs alone. changing out the stock speakers as well would be a great idea as well.

yeah something like that is what you wanna get, but stay away from the no name brand stuff. look into alpine, rockford fosgate, kicker, pionner, they make good quality amps.

So I took off climate control on our 96ES300. There are 3 LEDs behind LCD panel. I would have to unsolder LCD display to get those LEDs out. Anyone know which LEDs are these? I know that Lexus figured to screw owners on this one so owner would have to buy expensive parts down the road.
