I just bought my Lexus, and 3 weeks have gone by and I get 4 blinking lights from the maintenance engine light?. can anyone tell me what that means?

First off welcome to club lexus and happy new year.
Second, what year is your car? And by maintenance light do you mean check engine light? A little more information would be nice. You could probably just take your car to your local autozone or oreillys and have them pull whatever code you are getting.

They will do it for you for free. Just make sure that you write down the codes that they retrieve.
