You can disconnect the airbag, but pull the negative battery terminal first and wait 3 minutes. The clips you can find those at an auto body supply, or some auto parts stores have bins with various plastic bits. Or a Lexus dealer of course.
The heater element is directly under the leather, on top of the cushion.

A body shop welded it back without having to remove the seat. Charged me $20.00 good as new.
So ave a look under there first.

You can see it in the second picture at the top right side. There is another similar bracket on the other side of the seat that is not visible in the picture. As I said if you try to raise the front of the seat while looking underneath the front part you will understand what I mean.
Also if you can lift the front of your seat by hand a few inches than both brackets are broken.
In terms of the original poster's question on how to remove the leather, sorry I can't help with that so maybe you should start a new post, in order notr to hijack marcoes300 original post

Marcoes300, call Henry Upholstering in Montreal, 514-735-1651, and ask them what their labour charge would be for them to replace the heating element for you assuming that you supply it to them..labour costs should not be very expensive, it's the cost of the part that's expensive.
They know what they're doing and will do an excellent job at a reasonable labour price. Make sure however that the heating element is indeed defective before you buy one.
Maybe they can get one wen cheaper than you can..
