OK,, Let's see who can help me out on THIS!!!
i got a 2005 ES330 & will not start,it will turn over but will not start(NO FUEL PRESSURE).I have changed out the fuel pump & Fuel relay & still nothing.PLEASE HELP:cry:

When you turn your key to the ON postion, without turning the engine over, do you hear the fuel pump?

first check to see if there's power going to the fuel pump. dont forget to check the fuel pump's ground too. also, confirm if you do have spark.
