Exclamation Front Driver Window Broken

So i go to my car i get in and go to lower the driver window and i hear a crack. The window will roll down, but it will not go back up. If i pull the switch up, the window doesn't move, instead it clicks then the window does that auto function and rolls itself down. I tried pulling the window up and almost got it to the top, i can push the window down no problem, but can't pull it up. Any help please, i'm assuming its the window regulator and i am in a city where i don't really know any mechanics so any advice is great. Its an 01, so im assuming the frameless doors means more stress on the regulator

I just popped the door panel off and there seems to be a wire or cord that seems to be really slack and the blue pulley looking thing has no cord/wire going around it, is it possible the cord snapped? Any input would be veyr helpful

It was the regulator, so my window is taped up till thursday when the part comes in, good thing is you can't really tel theres tape. Cost all together was 230 bucks to get it fixed. 150 bucks for the regulator and 79 dollars for labor. Not to bad i think and since i am at school, im not going to try fixing it here.
