pull up the bottom part of the seat. it should pop right out. Once it is out, you should see 4 screws holding the back down - one by each of the doors and the other two are towards the middle. Remove those four screws and you can take out the back. To take out the back, you have to lift the back up and then out. It is held in place at the top by two hooks, so make sure you lift it up first, and then out. good luck.

You don't need to remove seats to get to the sub...

Just pop that sub cover off and remove.

the seat belts are held in place by a screw at the bottom and by another screw at the top. all you have to do is move the belts around the seat when you take it out.

What Cover are you trying to remove?

Get the pins from the Lexus Dealer. They are cheap. So its not worth the time and effort to look anywhere else, in order to save a few pennies.

Which cover are you talking about? And which black pin? The parts will have to come from the dealer. LexusPartsEast is a great start.

Are you talking about the cover that contains the 3rd brake light?
